Gloss

Gloss is the classic choice for a bright, clean motocross finish. It gives colours a strong appearance and works well with both factory-inspired race graphics and more complex custom designs. If you want the artwork itself to be the main focus, gloss is a versatile option.

Matte

Matte gives the bike a more understated, modern appearance by reducing reflections. It works particularly well with dark graphics, minimal designs and premium monochrome colourways. The same artwork can feel very different when changed from gloss to matte.

Textured

A textured finish adds visible and tactile surface character. It is useful when you want the graphics to feel more technical and less like a traditional smooth decal. It can suit aggressive off-road builds and designs with large solid areas.

Multi glitter

Multi glitter catches changing light and introduces sparkle across the finished surface. It is a good option for riders who want a noticeable effect without redesigning the whole colour scheme.

Silver and gold glitter

Silver glitter works naturally with cool colours, whites, greys and monochrome designs, while gold glitter pairs well with warmer colours and gold details on the bike. Both create a stronger effect than a standard smooth laminate.

Chrome and holographic accents

Chrome and holographic effects are best thought of as design accents rather than simply another standard laminate choice. They can be used on selected elements of a design to draw attention to logos, numbers, lines or other important areas.

Chrome can create a sharp metallic highlight, while holographic elements change more noticeably as the viewing angle and light change. Used selectively, both can make a custom kit look much more distinctive.

Which finish should you choose?

Start with the style of the bike you want to build. For a clean race look, gloss is difficult to go wrong with. For a darker or more premium understated build, matte can work extremely well. Glitter suits customers who want extra visual impact, while chrome or holographic accents are ideal when you want specific parts of the artwork to become the focal point.
